Rooted in the frontlines of sensor production since the age of 16, he assumes dual roles as an enterprise leader and technical practitioner. Holding over ten key industry positionsincluding Member of the National Technical Committee on Pressure Metrology and Director of the Online Testing Professional Committee of the Shanghai Society of Measurement and Testinghe has participated in the review and approval of hundreds of national/industry standards and verification regulations, providing professional support for the standardized development of the industry.

 

Technological Breakthroughs Breaking International Monopolies

Leading his team to tackle numerous "bottleneck" technologies, he has developed Chinas first mercury-free environmentally friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensor (breaking international monopolies, addressing mercury pollution risks, and supporting melt-blown fabric production for eco-friendly mask core materials during the pandemic) and the worlds first AI-enabled intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor (integrating AI algorithms to enhance measurement accuracy and stability, optimizing industrial pressure monitoring solutions). His design "High-Temperature Pressure Sensor for Molten Salt Pressure Measurement in High-Temperature Molten Salt Energy Storage and Heat Transfer Systems" won the Silver Award at the 6th China (Shanghai) Invention and Innovation Exhibition and the Bronze Award at the 34th Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection Competition, boasting significant application value in the high-temperature molten salt energy storage and heat transfer field.

 

Dual Leadership in Patents and Standards

Holding nearly 200 national patents related to sensors, covering structural design, intelligent algorithms, and application of environmentally friendly materials, he has also participated in drafting multiple national standards and regulations such as Pressure Sensors, Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors, and Pressure Transmitters, laying a solid foundation for industry quality improvement and technological innovation.
