Technical Introduction: Graeff's Temperature Sensor

Temperature sensor refers to a sensor that can sense the temperature and convert it into an available output signal. Temperature sensor is the core part of temperature measuring instrument, which has a wide variety. According to the measurement method, it can be divided into contact type and non-contact type. According to the characteristics of sensor materials and electronic components, it can be divided into thermal resistance and thermocouple.

Graeff temperature sensor can be used as temperature measurement of plastic extruders, chemical fiber spinning equipment, food machinery, molten salt power generation systems, injection molding machines, automobiles, medical equipment and other equipment.

Graeff temperature sensor has developed two series of products. One is to use thermocouples as common temperature measuring elements of temperature measuring instruments to directly measure the temperature, convert the temperature signal into thermoelectric EMF signal, and convert it into the temperature of the measured medium through electrical instruments (secondary instruments). Another kind of temperature sensor uses thermal resistance, which can detect in the temperature range of 0-150 °, and the maximum detection range can reach about 600 ° (negative temperature can be detected). It is usually made of platinum and copper. Now, materials such as nickel, manganese and rhodium are also used to make thermal resistors.
