Technical Introduction: Graeff's High Temperature Melt...

Melt pressure sensor is mainly used to measure and control the pressure of molten materials under high temperature conditions. Melt pressure sensors are widely used in the pressure measurement and control of high-temperature fluid media in chemical fiber plastics, spinning, polyester, rubber and plastic machinery and other equipment. The working principle of the melt pressure sensor is that the pressure of the medium acts directly on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium, changing the resistance of the sensor, detecting this change with an electronic circuit, and converting and outputting a standard signal corresponding to this pressure.

Graeff high temperature melt pressure sensor can be used as pressure measurement of high temperature fluids in plastic extruders, chemical fiber spinning equipment, food machinery, molten salt power generation systems, injection molding machinery cavity systems and other equipment.

CMT series high temperature melt pressure transmitter

Graeff high temperature melt pressure sensors are divided into G Series (GM, GMT, GMC, GMX) and C series (cm, CMT, CMC).The Graeff green filled high temperature melt pressure sensor series is made of stainless steel, and other materials are made by special processes and pass high-strength tests. This series of products have long service life, accurate measurement performance, less and more stable impact by temperature drift. Because NTX environmental friendly alloy medium filling technology is adopted, this series of products can be used in food and pharmaceutical fields.
