The moon is full for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and we celebrate the National Day. As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approach, we gather to mark this joyous occasion for our nation and families. To allow all employees to enjoy a well-deserved holiday, and to help our customers, partners and colleagues plan their work and schedules accordingly, in accordance with the Notice on the 2026 Public Holiday Arrangements issued by the General Office of the State Council, GRAEFF hereby announces the holiday schedule for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day as follows.

Holiday Schedule

Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday

Sep 25 (Fri) – Sep 27 (Sun), 2026, total 3 days. Regular holiday with no compensatory work.

National Day Holiday

Oct 1 – Oct 7, 2026, total 7 days.

Notice of Compensatory Working DaysWork will be open on Sep 20 (Sun) and Oct 10 (Sat).

Business & After-sales Support Notice

To ensure orderly progress of projects and meet customer requirements, our work arrangements during the holiday are as follows:

1. Daily Business 

During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, daily office work, order processing and physical goods delivery will be suspended. All regular orders, quotations and contract procedures will be resumed promptly after the holiday.

2. Project Schedule 

The holiday will not affect the scheduled production of ongoing projects. Dedicated staff will track relevant progress, and updates will be consolidated after the holiday to guarantee on-time delivery.

3. Urgent After-sales Service

An emergency support channel remains available for urgent after-sales issues. Please contact our sales representative in case of sudden equipment failure or urgent technical consultation.
