Job Responsibilities & Requirements
1、Executive Assistant (PR & Marketing Focus)
Responsibilities: Assist in formulating marketing strategies, execute PR activities, manage brand communication, and maintain client relationships; business trips and social engagements required.
Requirements: College degree or above with over 1 year of relevant working experience; strong communication and coordination skills.
2、Executive Assistant (Global Business Development Focus)
Responsibilities: Assist in developing global business development strategies, conduct market data analysis, develop and maintain key clients and resources, coordinate internal and external resources, and handle senior management affairs and external liaison.
Requirements: College degree or above with over 1 year of relevant working experience; majors in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Finance, Science and Engineering (Materials, Machinery, Engineering, etc.) are preferred; fluent in English for daily work, with cross-cultural communication and negotiation capabilities.
3、Domestic Sales Engineer / Manager
Responsibilities: Manage domestic business processes, complete sales targets, handle business review, assist in exhibition arrangements, deal with abnormal business issues and after-sales customer service.
Requirements: Over 1 year of sales experience, familiar with sales procedures; excellent communication, coordination and execution skills.
4、Foreign Trade Specialist / Manager
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain overseas customers, independently complete the full business cycle from inquiry, order receiving, production follow-up to shipment; handle after-sales service, business negotiation and market data analysis.
Requirements: College degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business English, International Economics and Trade and other foreign language majors are acceptable; familiarity with the whole foreign trade process, customs declaration, foreign exchange settlement and basic L/C procedures is preferred; fluent in English reading, writing and daily business oral communication.
5、Software Engineer (Sensor Digital Circuit & IoT Direction)
Responsibilities: Design software architecture for embedded products; complete embedded system migration and development & debugging of various peripheral drivers; implement and debug embedded network protocol stacks, wireless communication protocols and IoT communication protocols; compile technical documents.
Requirements: College degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related majors; proficient in C/C++, familiar with analog and digital circuits; over 2 years of embedded software development experience with experience in mass-produced product development.
6、Hardware Engineer (Sensor Electronic Circuit)
Responsibilities: Design analog and digital circuits proficiently, familiar with signal processing algorithms and working principles & characteristics of sensors; complete test verification, PCB design and compile technical documents.
Requirements: Proficient in C/C++; years of relevant working experience, majored in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation and related disciplines; familiar with embedded systems, analog and digital circuit design; skilled in common hardware design tools with AD design experience preferred.
7、Mechanical Engineer / Draftsman (Mechanical Design Direction)
Responsibilities: Design non-standard equipment, optimize mechanical structures, draw drawings with SolidWorks, and conduct technical docking.
Requirements: College degree or above with over 1 year of design experience; familiar with automated equipment; majors in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanics of Materials, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation are preferred.
8、Production Continuous Improvement (CI) & Product Quality Specialist
Responsibilities: Assist in optimizing the quality management system, improving production processes, controlling costs and promoting CI projects.
Requirements: College degree or above in Science and Engineering, IE major preferred; familiar with ISO system and proficient in lean production; strong logical analysis ability; candidates with manufacturing experience, familiarity with TPS and Six Sigma management are preferred.
9、Production Department Debugger
Responsibilities: Assembly, commissioning, quality inspection and equipment maintenance of sensors, as well as production record-keeping.
Requirements: High school education or above, with experience in the manufacturing industry.
10、Lathe Operator
Responsibilities: Proficiency in operating ordinary lathes and relevant tools with skilled craftsmanship.
Requirements: High school education or above; with experience in the manufacturing industry; able to read mechanical drawings and process according to the drawings; must hold a lathe operator qualification certificate (Intermediate or above) and a CNC operation certificate; priority will be given to those with precision processing or sensor part processing experience.
11、E-commerce Operation Specialist
Responsibilities: Operate e-commerce platforms, plan promotional activities, analyze data and conduct content promotion.
Requirements: Majored in E-commerce or Marketing; familiar with Taobao and JD platform operation with data analysis capabilities.
12、Sales Assistant
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, follow up after-sales service and organize business data.
Requirements: College degree or above; good communication skills, proficient in office software and strong service awareness.
13、After-sales Service Engineer / Specialist
Responsibilities: Conduct equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshoot faults, provide customer training, after-sales technical support and maintenance services.
Requirements: Technical secondary school degree or above; majors in Electromechanics, Machinery, Automation, Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation are preferred; over 1 year of after-sales working experience, willing to take business trips; strong hands-on ability and learning capacity; understand basic circuits and mechanical structures, able to read simple drawings and troubleshoot electrical and equipment faults.
14、AI-IT Team Member (Artificial Intelligence & Information Technology System)
Responsibilities: Deploy AI models, conduct data labeling, operate and maintain intelligent systems, and coordinate business demands.
Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Automation; equipped with basic machine learning knowledge and Python development experience.
15、General Management Trainee
Responsibilities: Participate in general office daily work, learn from management staff, assist in project promotion and cultivate comprehensive management capabilities.
Requirements: College degree or above; fresh graduates preferred; strong learning ability, communication skills, sense of responsibility and development potential.
